jarodkidd, did you check out Georgetown Village while you were there? Villages of Berry Creek really isn't particularly representative of Georgetown as a whole.

Hutto is a nice little city. I would steer clear of pretty much any Lennar homes though. It is not only Hutto Square that is having problems, but also Villages of Legends of Hutto has had many, many problems with their homes. Riverwalk is a nice neighborhood and so is Creek Bend.

Have you looked into Pflugerville? Pflugerville has a great school district and huge growth! I've lived here since I was 8 and the city doesn't look at all like it did back then. Great place to raise kids as well
