Checking the stats on Kyle I have a question: why are there so many sex offenders in Kyle?

Maybe it was the XXX video stores on 35 leading them to what I guess they thought was the porn-friendly suburbs.

This is a troll question. If not, list your comparative stats to surrounding areas.

XXX video stores? i thought people said the Buda , kyle area was a nice place to raise a family? so what is the real skinny on these places, not what a tourist brochure is saying but what a real person knows about Austin and its suburbs.

just tell the truth, is it family friendly or is it all just commercial and just like any other valueless strip with faux mansions and created faux communities?

I suspect that if there is any difference between Kyle and anywhere else (statistically), it is because it is more rural and people would leave you alone?

Yeah, well, to each their own opinion...there happens to be a fairly visible porn shop off I-35 somewhere in that general area. From my experience, Kyle is a quiet, fairly rural area (relative to the rest of Austin) and has a bit more of leave and let be attitude. Without some serious number crunching, I doubt you could really say that there are more or less SOs down there.

cool, i am a crunchy conservative, wanting a family oriented, live and let live place where i can grown kids, corn and maybe a few head of goats or cattle so it might be on my list.

is there an alternative route to Buda and Kyle not going on I 35?

a farm route out of south austin, to beat the traffic?

No offense to Kyle. I've been there, and it's as conservative and country as one can get. There is questionable stuff all along I-35 from Dallas to San Antonio. Up north, you pass by crack houses off of Rundberg, but no one pastes a giant "CRACK HOUSE" sign off the highway. The south of town is way more conservative, and when those places were started, they were out in the country. I have a feeling those places are going to be run out of town, now that conservative suburban transplant neighborhoods with HOA's are moving in - it won't be tolerated much longer. Again, sorry to Kyle, Buda 'bout the humor. South rural (bout 12 miles) is the best place around, on a solidly decent side of town. You can get a freakin farm, and not have to live 50 miles out of town like you do up north.

jobert-see now that is a no nonsense real description of a place, not covering over the bad spots but also give proper respect to a nice place.

you should be a real estate agent, and i dont think you are being offensive to kyle, just pointing out what is and isnt

thanks
