Anybody a member of Lost Creek? It has a great location and is in a gorgeous setting. The facilities are really modest though. They could scrape the buildings a have a really nice club there.

The foreclosure posted is on the remaining lots at Spanish Oaks. It has nothing to do with all of the existing homes. I would wait to see who the new owners of the vacant lots will be(unless Ross Perot Jr. decides to re-buy the vacant lots.) The prices of lots should come down so the time to buy will be then.
