Hello,

Is there any easy way to see current and upcoming new home builds in Austin? We would just like to see what is going up out there in the under 200K range we have been looking in the South/SW/W/NW area.

If you live in one of these areas and in a new build please let me know what you think.

Areas I have visited
Ashbrook
Armadillo - that is the builder I believe
Rancho Alto
taylor estates

If you have any thoughts on these areas please let me know as well

Rancho Alto is nice. I think they are Meritage and KB Homes. The second phase is going up now and I have seen that neighborhood hold its value verrry well over the last two years. The High school (Bowie) is well regarded.

There's a new Centex community in this price range going up off S. 1st.

You'd just have to visit the individual builder's websites and see if they have any communities coming soon.

www.Pred.com. All of us Realtors use it, but the general public can access it via their website.
