On a somewhat related subject - does anyone have an induction cooktop, and does it make any difference? I know that they are supposed to be much more efficient in heating pans and thus food. I'm wondering if it makes any real world difference in heating up the cook & kitchen?

How about an outdoor kitchen? Judging by the way bugs are attracted to my grill it seems like an idea that looks good in glossy magazines but in reality may not be so wonderful.

as well...excellent! We love hog and Javelina too. It's great made into ground sausage and scrambled into eggs for breakfast tacos.
