Does any Steiner experts know why are some of the resale homes around the middle school area been there in the MLS for very long?!!! They've been reducing the price, still no takers.!!
Just being curious. We have high hopes for Steiner and just bought a house in an adjacent sub-division to the one mentioned above.

Not an expert on this, but I see Town Hollow competing with Summer Vista, which is still close to the middle school, and also the new 50' and 60' sections going up near the new community center.

With new home construction going on, and the ability for resale homes to price close to the price of a new home, it may just take longer to sell a resale home, as new is just that, it's NEW. It means a buyer needs to really want to be that close to the school to pull the trigger on resale. If there are price reductions, that means it was priced too high, taking into account all the variables for that listing. How many home have you not focussed on that maybe sold within 60 days or less?

Like to see opinions from the realtors on the board though for even my own education.
