That's what i heard about Austin. Well, I'm just looking to get down there first. If that means taking a job at a local computer repair shop and going from there then so be it. If I can get a "career" that's great but if I have to take a job in the mean time, I'm ok with that also. Some times all you can do is take what you can get and work for what you want.

As McDavis said. There are tech jobs to be had, and I for one see them applying here. It's a dime a dozen on applications. I just hope what you have as for certs you really can prove. At least here @ work they do two interviews and the second interview is a test on a generic PC computer hooked to a server and you have to fix things as the questions are asked.
~ What I am saying is from the hiring manager told me that a lot of resumes come in w/ all these hot shot certs, but when they get to the test, they are really lost.
