I am about to retire and moving to Austin from New York City. I am looking into 2 houses. One is located in Forest Bluffs near Forest Creek and the other in Tonkawa village, West Round Rock. Which subdivision is nicer?

I love Tonkawa Springs which i think is intertwined with tonkawa village. great old neighborhood with beautiful majestic oak trees. tucked in in "old round rock", but still very accessible to all the new retail development in and around "new round rock". accessible to the resturants on I-35, the ikea and outlet mall, the new medical center development (seton williamson co and scott and white hospital). Forest Creek is a nice area as well, but i just recently passed by the entrance to tonkawa springs and i was whisked away with thoughts of just how long it had been that i had been in love with that neighborhood!
