EDIT again: What happens if I can't find my daughter's immunization records? I know she was immunized, but I can't seem to find the records in my files. Does she have to get immunized again in Texas to prove that she was? What is the procedure?

I'm not sure. I just teach them. I don't have any yet.

Check with the district and they'll be able to answer any questions

You don't want to immunize her again. Simply call your dr's office and they will fax you a copy of her shot record. School districts will accept this.
