What about DIBELs?

I know that classroom teachers use them as well as resource.

The DIBELS is limited to reading skills, is it not? I've administered the Woodcock Johnson for LD evals in a clinical setting, but not seen it used in the schools. They may use locally normed tests. I've seen the PPVT used, though the full range escapes me as a standard battery in the school setting.

woodcock johnson has 3 different assessments. 1 is a psychological test (school psychs use that one). 2 is a cognitive test (would be school psychs again). 3 is the achievement test and is done by the rsp teacher.

thats how it is in my district though.

The WISC was used in these assessments. Again, not in the schools.
