If you build it, they will come. I guess by building it a certain way, they were hoping no one would. Who knows?
I know it's not the forum, but illegal immigration is hardly inevitable, unless all crime is now inevitable.

The Mopac bridge is not a bottleneck from 10am-3pm or 8pm-7am.

Reviving an old thread.
Only because they announced yesterday they were re-striping Mopac to eliminate the "bottleneck" over the river on Mopac. The first sensible thing they have done in 10 yrs. Hmm perhaps they read this board . BTW "bottleneck" was the word THEY used on the news..
