For an 11 year old I would vote Austin's Park and Pizza. I am sure there are other places but Austin's Park is the only place I have had experiences with.

Love the UT underground. "Glow in the dark" bowling is an option and it is very clean. You can order pizza in.

Another place to consider if you want an indoor party is The Main Event, near 183 & Anderson Mill. It has just about every indoor activity you can think of: bowling, rock climbing, Laser Tag, Indoor mini-golf, arcade games (& the requisite points for prizes). They offer birthday party packages where you can choose one or two of the activities and have a pizza room for the kids to eat.

While personally I find it to be sensory overload (aaack!), the kids love it.
