Has anyone heard which builders bought the Highpointe subdivision? How about our new HOA company starting in October? Would like to research new builders for quality and type of homes.

The subdivision of Highpointe has been owned by Hanna Magee for a few months now. Hanna Magee is also the owner of the Meridian in Circle C, among others.

Hanna Magee will be using the management company that they use at all their other subdivisions.

As far as new builders are concerned, we have 2 right now, Pulte & Wilshire. Hanna Magee is negotiating with others to bring into Highpointe.

This news is over a year old and is not a rumor. Highpointe originally was supposed to be a 100% Pulte community. After the boom came to an end, Pulte was top heavy on land purchases nationwide. They have been selling and pulling out of communities all over the country. This is actually a good thing since Pulte was inept as a developer for Highpointe.

Who is Hanna? I thought Stratus owned Meridian and FYI Meridian is not in Circle C.
