I too think a stroke could be likely giving his risk factors, but if it was one they certainly would know it by now. But they've never retracted the "head injury" info that they released earlier.

From what I understand, the "head injury" was caused by hitting the pavement. For all we know, he could have just tripped.

I think if someone had hit him, they would be all over the news asking for anyone with information to come forward. And it's pretty easy to tell if a head injury was caused by being hit by someone or by hitting the ground.

He also has a history that include a major head injury. That could make him succeptable to things like stroke or vertigo.

Sounds pretty simple and I can see that could happen if a guy wears high heels

Excellent news: Leslie was released from the rehab hospital!

Reached by phone today, Cochran said he feels pretty good and is at a friend’s place “just visiting.”
Cochran said he was jumped and beat up.
“They just beat me in the head a lot,” Cochran said. “But I’m OK. All’s well that ends well.”

That's just sad - if it's true - that Leslie got jumped like that.

If so, I hope karma comes and gets those POS'S - threefold.

Let's just hope he heals. He's a good man.

He represents a lot of America in that he has no health care, probably has a PO Box, and is about to learn the true costs of treatment. I don't want to jack or overtake the thread but I have concerns for him because his incident was not inexpensive. I suspect my Travis County HCD taxes will pay for this event - which is cool, but what about everyone else?

What a good example of a kind soul. He doesn't sound bitter or angry, just glad to be alive.
