I have suffered from migraines since I was 10. I was put through every test known then, a long time ago, and it wasn't until the last 10 years that someone actually diagnosed them as hormonal migraines. That being said, when I moved from a dry desert climate to here, all hell broke loose! I started having them all the time. Turns out it was allergies. I use Imitrex nasal spray for the hormonal headaches, but if I take a Zyrtec D just before a storm or front moves in, I won't get the others.

I never had any allergies until I moved the first time. Now, every time I move, which has been way too many, I develop new ones. I lived in Europe for awhile and they have great herbal remedies that worked the best ever, but I have not been able to find the same things here. I guess the FDA is in the way or something.

Hi there, sorry to hear you are going through this.
I live in San Antonio now, and I am going through same thing!
( I moved from San Diego,CA 3 months ago) LUckily it's temporary and going back probably in a month or so, but I have been suffering.
*** Check out a thread I started, people have given me some helpful tips!***
//www.city-data.com/forum/san-a...nes-sinus.html

I have been taking Zyrtec D, which has helped a little.
Also, I take a lot of B vitamins, Vit C, and extra Magnesium.
I read some books where they say Magnesium helps.
I avoid all CHEESE, which helps, too. It creates too much mucus which clogs up your sinuses. Use a saline spray to flush out your sinues like 2x/day. I think I have Cedar fever now, so I am trying to deal w/that.
My suggestion: GO BACK TO SEATTLE!
