Which ACC campus? They're all over town.

That being said, if price isn't an object, you might want to look in the area of the ACC Rio Grande campus or right downtown. Are you looking for a rental (sounds like it) or do you want to purchase (condo or house)?

If Round Rock or Cedar Park has an ACC Campus, I would try there. Lots of women.

Those are the 360 condos, which are quite expensive for Austin. Since you're a "420", I would look in the areas around the Rio Grande Campus close to downtown, Northridge Campus in North Austin, or Riverside in East/Southeast Austin. There are a lot of what you're looking for in those areas.

someone is buying a condo, and going to a community college? I would say that, if they make enough money to buy a condo, sounds like they have a decent trade/income already, unless the folks are buying it for them, but even that doesn't sound right.

I think this poster means rent an apartment, not buy a condo.
