Price range? House or apartment or condo or town house? Schools an issue or not? Anything else you'd like in your neighborhood/house?

Without those parameters, it's a little bit difficult to direct you. But I'd say Barton Hills/Bouldin/Zilker/and surrounding neighborhoods. Basically, north of Ben White and between I35 and Mopac (aka Loop 1 if that's how it is on your map, but nobody actually calls it that here, it's Mopac).

Also, yes, Hyde Park, but also the area just west of Central Market, from 45th on down to the river from Lamar over to Mopac, and perhaps even Allandale just north of 45th. Depends on how far you want to ride and your price range and what you're looking for.
