Doubt it was shot. Most likely ground up by a machine. Or grown in a petri dish.

(Personally, I just shoot animals with a camera.) It takes more brains.
If you're a vegetarian, I respect that. If you're not, and you're simply againsthunting, then you are a hypocrite.

As for deer in urban places (like my neighborhood), I hate them. I'd love to shoot them and donate the meat to the food pantry.

Most likely it was Tyson Foods.

This movie is a must see for everyone who is interested about what exactly they are putting on their dinner tables. Some scenes are graphic (especially for vegans). I highly recommend nonetheless.

I have to disagree with that statement. Being able to see deer and other wildlife from my back window is one of the little things that make living in Austin desirable. You won't know what you have until it's gone. (and please do not respond by quoting Joni Mitchell, ty.)

Might not be a rat, but it's still a rodent (yuuuck!!), and can be just really destructive. They are an invasive non-native pest species.

I would never go near one, period.

and that's a beautiful thing because they are a part of the neighborhood and I'm against shooting those.. but deep out in the woods where the deer get bigger than a small volkswagon, I don't have a problem with taking one of those from time to time. I'm vegan but I have family members who still eat meat and my uncles and cousins love venison over cow and tend to take at least 2 bucks a year down in Mississippi. enough meat to last a few months too.

Can you say backstrap smothered in gravy 5 times fast?

bet your mouth waters...lol
