+1

SW Austin is a gem that is generally only suitable to those working downtown, west or south. It has preserved it's character of the old Austin due to lack of huge data centers/corporate nearby that have ruined/overcrowded the northern burbs. If you are fortunate enough to work downtown, then SW Austin should be the obvious choice.

But ay, there's the rub: most of the jobs in Austin are north of the river, but the best features of the city are south of the river.

What areas would be included as "SW Austin", as far as retaining the vibe?

John,

You need to register as a realtor on this site, and it is a place for people to get information, not for realtors to troll for business.

I definitely have to get my RE license and start making money on here...these agents have to be pulling 6 figs just from these leads alone!
which explains the hype.

And which is entirely incorrect. As most assumptions are.
