Personally.. Boob jobs are a turn off to me

I'm not just looking for a place to party and have sex with random girls.. I want a cool city with a live nightlife. Music.. food.. bars

And generally nice/accepting people

I feel like in NJ.. the common mindset when it comes to new people is:
"I don't like you, until you give me a reason to like you" (almost like guilty until proven innocent)

And I hate that.. I want to live somewhere where people have open minds when meeting new people.. I think Austin is worth a shot

Then I'd say you're coming to the right place. People in Texas generally tend to like new people until they do something to make them not liked.

Pass on Scottsdale then. I moved there from Las Vegas and got WAY more action with hot girls in Scottsdale!! It's mind-boggling that there are so many hotties there who are up for ANYTHING.

BUT...

I've lived in six states and many cities and Scottsdale was by far the least friendly. Everyone has an attitude and 99% of the men are pro-DBs. Most people move out after a year or two because they get so fed up with the unfriendliness of the place.

Some of the quick ideas that come in mind to meet new people
1. Go join a social group or team sport. Meetup.com has those.
2. Hang out with your co-workers after work to know more people from your workplace itself.
3. If you can throw a party and tell your friends to invite their friends as well.
I noted these points from this article below. You can read more if you want.
