I'd like to send my wife to a spa as a Valentines present, but I have no idea where to send her.

I think a facial and a massage would be the treatments I'd get for her.

So far I have had Mecca and Lake Austin Spa recommended to me. Mecca has mixed reviews on City Search and Lake Austin Spa is pretty pricey.

Any other recommendations out there?

Thanks,
Ryan

I've been to Lake Austin Spa many times and love it. It's pricey, but by far the nicest one I've been to. They do a half day away package which includes lunch, that is wonderful. She can also stay there all day if she wants and just relax in the hot tub or pool (they have an indoor and outdoor one), sit in a sauna, or just lay around and read a book in peace and quiet.

I love Viva, and am partial to the 35th street location, but the downtown is new and sleeker. Best. Massage. Ever.

... and I've visited some pretty nice spas in my time.

Milk + Honey is great (locations downtown and in the Hill Country Galleria). The Woodhouse Day Spa on 360 is great too.
Check both of those out, I'd recommend either.
