Austin now reminds me of when I was 19 and fled 12% unemployment in Florida for the booming Houston economy. I think there was something like 1000-2000 people a week moving into Houston. It feels the same here now.

I see so many out of state plates every day it's unreal. Funny though, I see very few California plates - the one you'd expect to see the most.

The ones that could get out with their equity already have. I really feel sorry for those who didn't - they have to buy 200K houses now like the rest of us (cue trombone).
