Do I? No. Have I ever. No. Have I ever bathed nude out at Lake Travis, yes. But only when there were not a lot of people around.
The nudity issue is a relevant question for Austin, because Austin does not have any laws specifically forbidding nudity except in very particular incidences.
I remembered that something like this has come up before, so did a little research.
Caution: the author of this website is a bit of a fruitcake, but he has some useful information such as this.

(2) makes an offensive gesture or display in a public place, and the gesture or display tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace; or ... (12) exposes his anus or genitals in a public place and is reckless about whether another may be present who will be offended or alarmed by his act." This is a Class C misdemeanor, which carries a maximum fine of $500 and no jail time.
He makes some good points, i.e. even if it is not technically illegal, a cop can still arrest you anytime he wants to arrest you, then you get to fight it out in court. The prosecuting attorney could throw it out if they feel there is no case, or let it go to trial. In which case then you will be subject to a judges determination whether you broke a law or not.
So, generally, I think if you want to drive around naked, there is a pretty good chance you will get away with it if you are not trying to attract attention to yourself.
Just don't try it on a hot summers day when the vinyl upholstery in your car has been sitting out in the sun for hours. Otherwise that naugahyde texture will be permanently branded into your backsides.

I haven't, but I'm open to new things. Do you have any suggestions for roads/etc that are particularly good for driving naked? Which do you prefer, leather or cloth? Auto or stick?

What a fantastic post! I have to say I'm shocked that a state as conservative as Texas (I know Austin is much more liberal, but it is TEXAS penal code, after all) has no problem with public nudity! I think that's pretty great! I don't personally plan to wander around naked in Austin (or drive around naked, although I might have to try it!), but I like that Texas realizes that as long as you aren't being inappropriate or hurting anyone, being naked shouldn't be a crime! I'm very pleasantly surprised!
