Are there machines around where you can dump all your coins in and get bills in return.

Where I lived before they had them at supermarkets, but I haven't seen one here.

Most HEB's have them. Most banks will do this also.

Coinstar machines take a serious cut, like $.09 per dollar, unless you turn your coins into gift cards. Then you get all of your value. Since I buy things on Amazon frequently the Amazon gift card options works well for me.
