I'm planning to relocate a health business to Austin (chiropractic /nutrition /wellness). Possibly somewhere around the Mopac Expy, but would be open to looking at other locations.
I am mostly looking for a commercial space for lease, but am open to a house with a commercial side to buy, or a commercial property to buy (need around 1500 sqft for the business). I also need help in narrowing down an appropriate location in Austin for the business. This would be an all cash, more expensive health clinic probably located in a moderate/high income area.
I have visited Austin and love the City, but now I need help with the details.

Any suggestions in how to proceed? Any suggestions on neighborhoods to begin looking at?
