Ha ha aren't you defensive and sassy today?
I guess you are having a great time at UT.

Since apparently after reading your posts, you seem like the guy who knows exactly how many people in ATX have pick up trucks on their driveways and where all the ghetto's are and the fake ethnic enclaves and stuff.

I want you to list everything there is to do in Sacramento, state your source, and then compare it to the exact number of things on this list by this poster. If you can do that, I'll give you credit for knowing what you're ranting on about.

So please, since you've got so much time to analyze the amount of pick up trucks Austinites drive, this should be a peace of cake, right?

Haha, I've been spending quite a bit of time in the election and political controversy threads these days along with the General US forum, so I guess I can vouch on the fact that I've been heading more in to a combative setting/mood. It's not really his his ideology that I have a problem with, he obviously misses his home. It's how he can make certain claims and never show proof for them.

I guess that's the nature of my upbringing from high school, we always had to prove what we say in Debate class. So I'm used to go off of figures and numbers over strong perceptions and stereotypes.

Not really, school has been over for nearly 3 weeks now, I don't really miss it, not even for a single moment. It's not the school I have a problem with, it's some of the people there that I strongly dislike. And some of the professors who think they're top notch working at Berkeley, that cockiness gets quite annoying actually.
The college kids are the ones I dislike here, not all of them, but the ones that I have interacted with. I haven't really stumbled upon any of the locals who have come off in a strange manner. I see more of that here in Chicago for some reason.

Anyways, to draw any parallel I wasn't trying too, it's just that I have been to Sacramento via my cousin who lives in the Bay Area, and it's a great place, but I do feel it lacks a lot of ground on Austin. But that's evenly stated as my personal opinion.

Which is why I'm more interested in seeing what eepstein has to show forth to Sacramento's awesomeness. I am curious to see how it can out do it, I like to be fair to a city, which is why I didn't personally deem his post inaccurate but simply questioned his logic. I have an open mind, and I can accept Sacramento's superiority in grounds if he can factually prove to me how the entire city of Sacramento is superior to the entire city of Austin.

And from his posts he doesn't seem to be stating it in a subjective way, that it came from his personal experience, he hints more towards it being a proven fact. In that case, I would like to see the proof.
