Where I live. It seems that speed bumps have become a fashion statement, the local council has gone crazy with the amount of speed bumps/humps that they've installed everywhere!

Now the problem is that 90% of the people don't even remotely slow down, they just go over them. I'm not stupid enough or that careless to do to do what they do, so i always slow down, go over the bump and then gradually speed up. The issue with that is the drivers behind me, usually women, become extremey pissed, they cut me off quite hard, tail gate me or beep their horn.

I've seriously had enough of these useless things, no one is slowing down, no one!!

What's wrong with everyone, seriously?

I noticed that in Australia there were a lot of heavy trucks going through ordinary suburban streets. In Brisbane I noticed them in so called 'elite suburbs'. It looked like a ghetto. Perhaps thats why they put them there?

The heavy trucks in the ghettos, are mostly sweepers that clean up all the vomit and used condoms. Driving them is a dangerous job - the drivers are often pulled from the cabs, by crowds of drunks ... or sworn at and beaten up by people, who of think themselves as supercool.

There are so many heavy vehicles on these suburban roads in Brisbane, also I noticed them in Melbourne and Sydney. Where did you get these ghetto habits from? Get the heavy vehicles out of your suburbs!

Yeah I thought LA was bad.

But the road infrastructure in Los Angeles is much, much better than Sydney. In LA there are Massive wide roads, big boulevards, freeways that have 9 wide lanes in each direction and easier people.

And you don't see heavy vehicles everywhere. So much trucks in Sudney? And not much law enforcement regarding them reckless 'truckies'

IMO the speed humps hardly matter. Sydney has much bigger road issues than speed humps.
