The lease finish on the 7th of March we, my roommate and I decided to disconnect everything on the 5th of March, however on the 4th when cleaners where there, they couldn't do the job as it was no electricity or gas, now if I don't leave my part clean the real state may take money from my bond....what can I do? She is saying that she said 6th and the company got it wrong and I have to pay 160 for reconnection so I can clean, what can I do???
You don't really need gas or electricity to clean. Just need broom, soap and water. If you really need electricity, just ask a neighbor if you can connect to their outlet.
that's a bit odd to disconnect all services before your lease is actually up.
Where I live, one is not allowed to disconnect utilities and services until the day the lease expires...Even if u move out before hand, electricity and water must remain on until the final day of the lease... In fact, it's even stipulated in the contract one signs... no turning off of utilities until the end of the last day on the lease
but anyway... just get like a battery powered dust-buster.

Good idea, the carpet cleaners will need to connect to a power supply somewhere.
