Hello,I've been to The U.S Territory of Guam( Mariana Islands ) and this island has a lot of economic potential.
Hopefully Australia will invest in Guam and The Northern Mariana Islands as well as vacation there, because this small island truly has the potential to become an American Version of Singapore.

I also hope Australian Home Builders will come to Guam and The Northern Mariana Islands.

I thought American Samoa was the nearest American territory to Australia.

Me as well, though google maps puts Guam a good 700km closer to Cairns and Darwin than American Somoa is to Brisbane (The closest Major Australian city to American Samoa)

I have learnt something today.

Guam (Mariana Islands) is closer to The Australian Continent than America Samoa is,and Guam is also closer to Asia as well, which is why The United States knew of Guam's Strategic Location.
