Where is this? Is it completely isolated?

Australia offers 'best job in world' on paradise island - Yahoo! News (http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20090113/wl_asia_afp/lifestyleaustraliatourismoffbeat - broken link)

Wonder what it would be like to do this...

It is on Hamilton Island, which is a resort within easy reach of the Great Barrier Reef. Hamilton Island is one of many islands in a group called the Witsundays, Google Hamilton Island or Whitsunday islands and you will get the picture
Yes it is a dream job, you will be living in luxury in what is possibly the busiest tourist island in Australia.
As for the job itslef, It is being advertised in 18 coutires all over the world, and is a more of a gimmik to get people interested in travelling to queensland. BUT YES the person who gets the job will be paid $150,000 AUD (I might be USD not sure) to feed fish on the Great Barrier Reef etc.

the Whitsundays are along the north-east coast - the tropical area of australia. It's a place where a lot of people go for honeymoons.
