Hey guys, I'm planning to move to Australia,
I heard there's a way to get professional help for the process of getting a visa;
is that true?
How can I get more information about that and immigration to Australia in general?

Since you are new here what I would do is scan through many of the other threads as this has been discussed extensively in the past month. There is a huge volume of information here already so no need to repeat it. If you have specific questions after that certainly ask.

Hey, I recommend you to use an agency, heard of that option?
I was using The Australian Institute of Immigration when I was in my first steps of getting a visa to Australia,
