financial aid for students in Oz (schools, live in, bills)

I've been admitted to ADPI (Australian Dance Performance Institute) in Brisbane, which is amazing, because dance is my big hobby and I'd been dreaming about studying at dance school for 7 years.. But; when i finally reached that, i haven't got money. I live in England, I am working, but haven't got a proper job although I do what i can and when I pay all bills I have money for food and that's it! Plus my stepfather died last year; my mum's had a very bad year like our all family; it's been really hard, she had even lost a job at that time, so I helped her financially.. It's been even worse because of the world crisis so neither I was working for a long time.. UUUUfff It's been one of those tough times in life..

I have no idea how to figure this out, especially when schools like this are pretty expensive. So my question is, is there any financial help; or if u know where to ask, any pages, whatever, i asked here in UK at one office where they should know that, but they said there is not, and schoolmistress confirmed that. A friend of mine told me about his friend who's been studying in Oz and he'd got some money for school though..
I was supposed to commence in Jan 2010, but there's no way i could make it, so I am just hoping I will be able in 2011..

As far as I know, there isn't government financial aid in Australia to foreign students but you will be allowed to get a job working a limited number of hours. The ADPI would likely have a facility that helps you find work. As for help from the UK, I have no idea about that. Sorry.
