The most sensible measure, outside of insulation and thinking about what type of heater you use, is to just heat one room and try to live in that one as long as the cold lasts. So don't heat the bedrooms during the day, you know what I mean.

Sounds like National wants to sell off large shares in the NZ energy companies? Will that bring prices down? Electric just went up AGAIN. Puke!
