Just how many drivers is Hendrick gonna sign before the other owners get a chance to sign them?
Former Ford drivers now with Hendrick.
Gordon, Kane, Kyle Bush, Martin and now 15 year old Elliot. Of course you better win right away or you get dumped like Bush or a lesser crew like Gordon and Martin.

I wonder if Hendrick has right of first refusal to sign any of Gordon, Johnson or future Kane kids?

Who said the other owners didn't have a chance to sign him?

It's more like he shopped around and liked what he saw at the Hendrick organization better.

Same goes for getting away from Ford.

Nascar made the announcement just yesterday that 15 year olds could be signed. I wonder how Hendrick new that before anybody else.

Hendrick is now the George Steinbrenner of NASCAR. Buy up all the best drivers and crews and nobody else has a chance.

Why would drivers want to get away from Ford, they put a larger percentage of their drivers in the Chase than any other brand?

Do you really think this all came together in one day and Hendrick had some sort of inside info?

Is it a bad thing to want to drive for the best?

Which make has won the season championship seven of the last ten years and the manufacturer's championship nine of the last ten years?

Thanks to teams like Hendrick, NASCAR is really starting to resemble F1 and we know how exciting that series is.

There's a reason for that. It's called going with a winner.

Should there be a 'money spent limit'? Sort of like a restrictor plate on the checkbook?

Wouldn't know about F1. Never watched a single lap.
I was just looking over the entry list for the truck race. 4 Fords out of 46 entries.

Ford does not offer factory support for the truck series.

Spends too much money on NHRA Funny car series.

Chevy fans, jump on the winning bandwagon typical for most sports fans.

No disrespect for Awesome Bill, but what race-car driver names their kid "Chase"? That's just wrong....
