The Chase starts on Sunday! Pick three guys who you think will win. Mine are as follows:
Carl Edwards
Kurt Busch
Joey Logano

Jimmie Johnson, Clint Bowyer or Matt Kenseth. Outside chances to Carl Edwards, Kasey Kahne and Joey Lagano.

1. Jimmie Johnson
2. Matt Kenseth
3. Joey Logano

Based on what happened yesterday I think it would be sweet justice if Ryan Newman won it, but highly unlikely.

Talking about that I have to wander why Truex was punished when he really did nothing but certainly Bowyer did. Bowyer should have been ejected in all fairness from chase.

Really, Gordon should be in on points and Logano with the wild card. That would have been the correct decision.

That would require NASCAR changing the finishing position of the race, something they said they would not due.

The will change finishing position the day of the race if it warrants but not after the fans go home.

But they did when they eliminated Truex and put Newman in the chase in reality. They never said truex did anything wrong they just changed the points which is determined by position.Bowyer and others are the accused but bowyer loss 50 points and moves on in the chase. Disquailfy Bowyer and move everyone one up is fairer;IMO.That is what they did to crew chiefs thru Dec 31st and the spotter is out indefinitely. The fact is Bowyer had the final decision and he made it. He could appeal and even then still race last races just not win the cup. What if he actually wins the cup?

I agree that there should be a stiffer penalty for Boyer. As it stands now he could still win the Championship. I wonder how many drivers are going to race him "clean" the rest of the season?
I wonder if the Boo Birds will be moving from Johnson,Kyle Bush, Edwards, towards Boyer this week?
