I simply do not get the ire directed towards RC or Dillon! Dillon has won a truck Championship, a NW championship and now he gets a CUP ride. It seems to me that Dillon has taken the same path that many others have taken. Its not like RC put him in the car without any pedigree.. I think Dillon has earned his ride.. he may not have earned the #3 and perhaps that were the ire rests... if Dillon were driving the #29 would any one really care?

With Jr winning the 500, he looked very strong and competitive. Good chance he will make the Chase and that monkey is now off his back. He can stay relaxed but focused on winning each week. Steve Latarte will give Jr the best cars he has ever built this year.
That was one of the best 500s in years. Congrats to Jr. on the win. I may not be a big fan of his, but it's always good for the sport when he does win.
