IndyCar sets April 12 date for Grand Prix of Louisiana - ESPN

Good to see another race on the schedule, especially if Indycar doesn't return to Pocono.

Toronto is gone next year too. Houston and probably Pocono. The IRL can't draw flies outside of Marion County. Hell, they can't even sell out the 500 anymore. Before Tony George's tantrum there was a waiting list to get tickets.

I give NOLA 2 years. Max.

Indycar will be fine. And NOLA is scheduled to run at least three years.

And Baltimore was scheduled to run at least 5 years... How did that turn out?

It had nothing to with a lack of success. They are expecting to return in 2016.
