I don't like that car a bit. I bet the suspention is wiped out. There is heavy rust scale all over the top of the car and I am sure there is worse rust under it.

I am not saying it can't be fixed, but that the fix is going to be costly to get right.

These costs will add up to more, a lot more than the price of the car and fast.

If the pics are any good the instrument cluster show fogging, I can't tell if the plastic is fogged or if that is water and trapped moisture inside it.

That car reminds me of the 57 Pontiac that was dug up as a time capsule not to long ago. I am not sure I recall the car brand correctly either. The idea at the time was to bury that car in a sealed concrete casket new, no miles, and then to bring it back to life in 2007.

Well that casket failed big time. As I see this car isn't desirable for any resortation, unless it would be a hot rod. Pretty much a total restore costing in excess of 10 grand.

Even for that, I wouldn't pay a dime over 200 bucks.

LOL, exactly. Furthermore, that generation Nova is hardly collectible. I know that's not the OPs intention, though. My dad worked at a Chevy dealer in the mid 70s, we had 2 of these that I recall.
