If tires get muddy does it slow down the car . . 25, 50, or 75 percent?

Usually any mud will get flung off when you reach speed

Good question OP.

I have another.

Will I get better gas mileage if I use the restroom before driving anywhere...you understand...less weight?

What is the initial velocity of the car? What is the mass of the car with driver and fuel? What is the tire compound? What is the size of the tire? What is the tread depth of the tire? What is the total area of tread cavity under the contact patch of each tire? What type of mud? How deep is the mud? What is the water concentration in the mud? Is the car coasting or accelerating through the mud?

Your answer can range from 0-100% Hope that helps.
