I understand the market is down and the middle class's pockets are empty.
BUTT I think this is a great vehicle that I have kept in great shape. =(
It is a 1994 Lincoln Town Car with 155k miles on it. I am asking 1400 but will take around 1200--- am I being too ambitious?

Any feedback would be great

Hard to say if you're asking too much, but I do know that any item is only going to be worth what someone else will pay for it.

i'd say go with 500 above what you want, then put Or Best Offer under it, that will either give you what you want, or tell the people "tell me what you think its worth"

I'd agree with Orincarnia on the pricing easier to come down then go up

Then there is the electrical issue, with the windows some
people might look at it as a safety issue

I'd suggest picking up some headlight lens cleaner it's not that
expensive and would really brighten up the front end

All in all I think your right on the market, here in Phoenix
they are running about the same with that kind of mileage.

155k though high for that car is a good price as long as everything works AND IT WILL PASS THE STATE EMISSION TEST

Perhaps they're worried about the fuel economy numbers as well as cost of upkeep.

1200 is a great price for this car--if you have the financial means, wait until you get it.

I am the best damn mechanic in Vegas as well as a Ford fanatic, not that it helps your case any.

Ha, list it in Indiana. You could get a lot more for it. You would shocked what people want for used cars here. I have seen countless ads for cars that have no engines or completely smashed up and they want 2500 bucks. Seriously.

Well, a sixteen year old car with 155K on it is pretty much used up in my opinion, but 12 or 14 hundred bucks isn't a whole lot of money for a car either. So, I don't think your asking price is out of line.

155K is not that many miles for a Lincoln Town Car. It's far from being used up.

I think the asking price reasonable. The body is straight and the interior looks good.
