I would change that oil soon, I bet it has some water in it.

I have a 2004 Deville with a 4.6 northstar engine and I'm having leaks "small" from what it looks like oil and antifreeze.I was told that after I replaced the water pump I should have put this "pill" into it to stop leaks.Is this true?
