I know this is a semi-old thread, but I just came across it and thought I'd throw my own car in the mix. It's a 1979 Honda Civic CVCC that's under a partial restoration. I've had the car brought down to just bare metal and repainted to where it is now. The paint part was done in February of this year. The first two pics below are as it sits now. The last pics is of it in April with my Carroll Shelby wheels.

Very, VERY nice! Love the EB Civics! My sister has a couple of them and I did the restoration on one of hers. Quite a few of them around in the PNW, but I haven't seen any over here in MD since I've been here.

An example of Datsun/Nissan economy sport 200SX. Back then, Datsun/Nissan had a sport car in three sizes: small 200SX, medium 240SX, and large 240/260/280/300ZX. they were the performance/racing Japanese car company. I hope they can build that image back up since the dull years of the recent past.
I saw an early-90's 4runner the other day around sunset, and remembered when I was a kid, how cool that stuff looked
