Since using a car as a analogy in another post describing myself (I'm a volvo, boxy but dependable) What car are you and WHY?

early 90's Ford Taurus. Reliable, safe, 4 dr. family car, pragmatic and practical, clean conservative looking, the kind of car you see all over the place, doesn't stand out looking at it. I like to think of myself as an SHO, can't really distinguish it from a regular taurus unless you know what you're looking for, but can beat a stock mustang if it's in the mood.

I would be a Lotus Elise S2. Little. Sexy. Curves in all the right places. Quick. And a bit loud.

Sounds like me - I do drive a Camry and it fits the same description. If money and dependability were not an object, I wouldn't drive a Camry, though... Same dilemma as the one with the bad/nice boys.

A rebuilt, grungy V8 intercept with torn leather seats repaired with spare parts from a Volvo and a Mercedes hearse with a retractable antennae tuned to erotic radio. One quarter panel is from a VW bus.

Probably a Toyota HiLux. Dependable, strong workhorse that *can* look pretty mean if you try hard enough.

Yeah... if money and sanity weren't important I'd drive a corvette and date strippers. But there's more to my life than driving and dating
