I just assume the OP is doing it at a local track with full safty gear, a roll cage and fire suppression system in case things go wrong

I wouldn't be so sure about that. There is this problem called Terminal Velocity that occurs when the coefficient of drag overcomes the gravitational pull of the Earth and the speed levels off. For a human skydiver it is only about 122mph. What it is for a Korean Crap Wagon I can't say.

Only one with a childish mind would wish to find out, unless you are at the salt flats or another legal place to test your speed. There are safe places to test such things, and the highways are not that place...
