We have vanity antique plates here in NH. I have "PRD JOY" on my 71 Cutlass convertible... Pride & Joy, from the old blues song...
NH has a site where one can check plate availablity and see what the plate would look like in a rendered image...

Last time I was in Las Vegas, I saw "TANNA." It wasn't on a red T-Bird, though. It was on a new Jaguar (not the new XJ, but the other flashy newer model sedan) parked on the street downtown at 1AM outside the California. I got a bunch of pictures but can't find one to post.
