the Polara (the lower model)!! I know I know, this isn't an answer you had in mind is it??!!
well, for what it is - a throw-away design from the mid to late 70's - the condition (especially, the interior) appears to be superb. but, being what it is, (a throw away design from the mid to late 70's) i don't know if it's bold print, CAPS, and two exclamation marks nice.
the design that was more throw away was the following body style that went from 1974-1977 where the Mopars tried to look like Buicks and thus lost their distinctive Mopar identities.
this body was the fuselage design which went from 1969 to 1973. the 69's and 70's to me were hideously ugly and i would never post any Mopars from 69 or 70 but starting in 71 they started cleaning up the look of the styling, and in 72 the cars started looking really custom and high style
was the old mid sized Satellite body. when the Satellite body was DC d after 1974, they simply renamed the body the small Fury
it too had a fuselage style but was smaller
Chrysler used that body that was DCd for 77 for the big Furies through 1978
I don't remember what Dodge did for 78
...but you know, i don't think there was a Fury I in 1978. for 78 it was either Fury or Fury Salon, so if you had a Fury I you may have had a Fury older than 78
curious, why did they sell the Fury Gran Sedan (top of the line) with only a 318 V8 but the Monaco(top of line) standard V8 was 360?
