The first two, yes (as in I would be embarrassed, but that blue one is very nice)- the last one, no - I would definitely drive that yellow car proudly - straight to a paint booth for a more suitable color.
I can understand not fitting, but how woudl you be "embarassed" top be seen in a traditional british or italian sports car? People love them when I'm out driving them.
And I can understand having a preference for color, but that IS a more suitable color for a sun loving convertible.
One of those Smart cars. They only have two seats, practically no cargo space, and get hardly better mpg than a usable car like a Toyota Yaris.
Same can be said for traditional sports cars. Seriously, most people go most places with just them or maybe one other person with them, especially for commuting. Your mentality is basically why we ended up with the SUV as commuter vehicle trend.

It just has everything to do with not fitting. Having to tuck my neck to look under the visor or having my head above the frame like 415_s2k and are with the S2000 just make me self conscious - its like wearing clothes that don't fit. The only reason I give it a pass is just because I think they are such good looking cars, I would cope (or maybe just install a permanent hard top and tint the windows) The Fiats and the MGs look good , but I just don't think they are for me so I would prefer a larger vehicle. If I were Shaq I could have some custom hook up shop "spend" $100,000 or so on a Smart Car for me to drive, of which probably only a tenth actually came out of my own pocket - I'd take a few publicity shots for the lulz and then it would end up in my garage of 30 or so other vehicles probably never to be seen or used again.

I just can not do orange, yellow, bright green or bright blue, etc in any car. White, black, grey, silver maybe dark green - that's it.
a nice car with a donut spare tire. It looks so ghetto
