Let's just say I'm a Boomer and leave it at that.

The Fury was a great car to take Driver's Ed in. It could seat 3 in the back with plenty of room and, as I recall, it was pretty peppy. It also handled well in the rain. I learned to drive during an El Nino and I think it rained every day we were out on the road. Funny what you remember.... (I should note I was referencing my age not in reference to the Fury as a model but because of how few school districts nowadays have Driver's Ed. Much less fleets of new cars.)

BTW: I loved the Bonnevilles. I had a friend whose dad had a 64 convertible. Pink. It was enormous.

No, by then the wagons had the center "b-pillar" like a sedan. There was a short period though in the late 50s-early 60s some wagons had the hardtop styling, which was very cool! All of the big three offered it on certain models certain years. I think Chrysler went the longest with that, up through 1964 I think.
