I've had strut caps go bad on a caravan (what ever they are) from not fixing struts, I also went through a lot of tires.

Replaced it yesterday, for a combined total of $230, labor plus part from salvage yard....still a big time hurt for someone not working right now..........

I was talking rear shocks. The stabilizer bar you speak of is on the front.

Over the years I've replaced lots of frame bushings for the front bar. They're the main cause of a front end rattle on a Caravan/Voyager. There's a TSB on it.

^^They're also known for the lower rear shock mount bolt breaking off, either on it's own or when you try to remove it.
