Honestly neither, but if I had to choose, the S63.

I believe the Alpina out perform the S63 on the track test awhile back.

It depends on what we are comparing and which S63. In a straight line they are pretty similar, in the handling department, the B7 wins. If you option up to the higher output version of the S63 it is hands down the faster car in a straight line, but still has the same handling deficiency. I just like the overall S63 package better than the B7. Of course I have not driven either, but I have spent plenty of time in both S-classes and 7-series and my preference is based on that.

I'd take a lug nut off either one and be happy, but if I had to choose I'd go BMW.
